It’s been quite a year so far! The changes in stamp duty understandably created an urgency for those moving to save on Stamp Duty Land tax increases that came into force on the 1st of April. To support our clients, we took the decision to streamline our practises even further to ensure we were super-efficient.
At our monthly team meeting we reflected on the first three months of 2025, looking at how we ensured our values were living and breathing in the way we work.

During this time of reflection, we gave specific examples, championing all our team members.Anne-Marie thanked our team for their huge contribution, going above and beyond at every opportunity.
“There are so many stand-out moments from the past few months and especially the last few weeks, you have all made a huge difference to the lives of our clients, you have enabled them to move smoothly and as quickly as possible, you have held their hands throughout this process, and importantly had each other’s backs at this stressful time. For many of our clients we were saving them a significant amount of money – for some this meant the difference between moving and not moving, others have money to invest into their new homes or even go on a wonderful holiday with the money they have saved.
