What we can say is that our average transaction time is less than the national average and every property and every client is unique and so predicting timeframes can be hard. We have dealt with transactions that have been a few weeks, and some have been stuck in chains that take longer. When you speak with us, we will ask for an idea of your situation and the entire position to be able to give you as realistic an idea as we can based on the framework of the transaction.
