Meet the team
The people looking after you
Behind every client at Priory Law is a team who genuinely care. Our conveyancers combine expertise with deliberately lower caseloads, so there's always time to answer your questions and keep you updated at every stage. Meet the people who will be here for you.

Anne-Marie Fowler
MANAGING DIRECTOR, LICENSED CONVEYANCER
Anne-Marie leads Priory Law and sets the standards behind everything we do: clear communication, carefully managed caseloads and a genuinely personal approach. She worked in estate agency, lettings and block management before qualifying as a Licensed Conveyancer in 2015, while working full time and raising her family. Away from work, you'll find her singing with her choir, over a chessboard or deep in a jigsaw.

Ryan Letts
DIRECTOR & HEAD OF LEGAL PRACTICE
Ryan founded Priory Law in October 2020 with one aim: a law firm where clients genuinely come first. He qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in 2014 and has worked in city and regional practice across Surrey, Sussex and Kent. Off duty, he's on his bike, on the football pitch or cheering on his boyhood team, Crystal Palace, with one eye on the NFL.
Our Legal Team

Summer Ballard
CONVEYANCING TECHNICIAN
Summer has worked in law since 2016 and is now studying to become a Licensed Conveyancer with the CLC. She moved into conveyancing because she loves being part of making people's dreams of a new home come true, and that's still her favourite part of the job. Off duty, she's curled up with a good book, out with her two dogs or swimming in the sea.

Kayleigh Golawska
SENIOR SOLICITOR
Kayleigh studied law at the University of Sussex, completed the Legal Practice Course with the College of Law and qualified as a solicitor in 2016. She's a firm believer that communication is the key to a smooth move, and makes sure every client feels supported and fully informed. Outside work, she loves time with her family, but will happily admit she'd swap the park for a spa day, any day.

Rachel Nicholas
CONSULTANT SOLICITOR
Rachel graduated in law from the University of Exeter, worked as a paralegal while completing the Legal Practice Course and qualified as a solicitor in 2019. With around ten years in residential conveyancing, she brings a calm, organised approach and clear communication to every move. Outside work, she's out walking her lively beagle, Luna, or ticking off the next stop on her and her husband's mission to eat at every Michelin-starred restaurant in the UK.

Faye Ransley
SENIOR LICENSED CONVEYANCER
Faye has worked in residential property since 2003 and qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in 2019. She brings a relaxed, friendly approach, backed by a close eye for detail and regular updates. Ask her what she enjoys most and it's solving the tricky bits and seeing a move through to completion. Outside work, she's walking Seaford Head with a view of the Seven Sisters, or planning her next trip to France.

Jina Shikhan
SENIOR SOLICITOR
Jina started in residential conveyancing in 2010 and qualified as a solicitor in 2016. She loves that no two transactions are ever the same, and she puts real value on getting to know her clients, keeping things calm and clear when moving feels stressful. Outside work, Jina is happiest keeping active and exploring new places with her family.

Cara Turnbull
TRAINEE CONVEYANCING TECHNICIAN
Cara guides clients through their move from start to finish, keeping them informed, answering their questions and making sure every step is handled with care. She's building her expertise all the time as she studies to qualify as a Conveyancing Technician. She loves a problem to solve, so it's no surprise her party trick is a lightning-fast Rubik's Cube. She grew up on a chicken farm (and has been off eggs ever since), and loves F1, paddleboarding and Asian food.

Lucy Wyatt
SOLICITOR
Lucy earned a first-class law degree from Swansea University and completed the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in London. She trained with a regional firm in Sussex and qualified as a solicitor in 2020. Customer service is at the heart of how she works. Weekends might mean cheering on Brighton at the AMEX, or an early hunt around the car boots on a Sunday morning.
Our Conveyancing Team

Didi Borges Zocher
CONVEYANCING ASSISTANT
Didi looks after the work after exchange and completion, making sure every last detail of a move is tied up. She spent two years as a property manager in lettings before moving into conveyancing, and she loves connecting with people (she'll happily admit she's very chatty) and solving problems quickly. Outside work, she's a gym regular and a big foodie, and her Yorkshire terrier, Lola, follows her everywhere like a shadow.

Olivia Englishby
CONVEYANCING ASSISTANT
Olivia supports clients and colleagues throughout the conveyancing process, keeping communication clear and making sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish. She brings real enthusiasm and a positive outlook to the team. Most weekends involve a long walk with her miniature dachshund, Frank, ideally ending with a pub lunch. A self-confessed foodie, Mexican and Italian are her favourites.

Louise Smiths
SENIOR CONVEYANCING ASSISTANT
Louise brings 20 years' experience across commercial and residential property to her role supporting clients and the wider team. Her knowledge, organisation and steady approach make her a trusted source of support throughout a transaction. Outside work, she loves a walk with a view, especially by the Jack and Jill windmills, and enjoys gardening and a good Boxfit class.

Jennifer Van Kleeff
TRAINEE LEGAL EXECUTIVE
Jennifer supports our conveyancers on sales and purchases, dealing with enquiries to keep every move progressing. She has ten years in property, starting in a family estate agency, and is a qualified paralegal now training to become a Legal Executive. She loves helping people start the next chapter in a new home. A keen showjumper for years, she reports that her horse is now very much enjoying retirement.
Our Client Services Team

Amy Goodman
HEAD OF CLIENT SERVICES
Amy leads our client services team, making sure every client is looked after from their very first conversation with us. Exceptional service sits at the heart of how she works. A keen traveller, Amy has been to Las Vegas so many times she chose it for her wedding. Back home, she enjoys walking, a bit of baking and a really good curry.

Sadie Pullin
EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO THE MANAGING DIRECTOR
Sadie supports Anne-Marie and the wider team, bringing over a decade of property experience from working closely with estate agents and clients. She first trained as an accountant, which explains the methodical mind and sharp eye for detail. Outside work, she loves exploring new cities, great live music and anything involving pastry, and a hot coffee is a rare treat.

Rhiannon Templeman
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Rhiannon is often the first person you'll speak to at Priory Law. She takes the time to understand your move and what matters most to you, then matches you with the conveyancer best suited to your needs. She also works closely with estate agents, mortgage brokers and financial advisers. Outside work, she's happiest on the move, with golf, padel and tennis all high on the list, and with a background in musical theatre, she's rarely short of a story.
In their own words
Nothing means more to us than hearing how we've made a difference. Here's what our clients, and the professionals we work alongside, say about our team.
Your questions, answered
Who will look after me?
We'll take the time to understand what you need, then match you with the conveyancer whose experience suits you best. You'll know who they are from the start, with the whole team behind them, so there's always someone who knows exactly where things are.
Is Priory Law regulated?
Yes. We're regulated by the Council for Licensed Conveyancers (Licence No. 12134), and our team includes both solicitors and Licensed Conveyancers, so you can feel confident you're in safe, expert hands.
Where are you based?
You'll find us in South Nutfield, Surrey, and Horsham, West Sussex. We help clients right across England and Wales, so wherever your property is, we'd love to help.
What work do you do?
We specialise in residential property, helping people buy, sell and remortgage their homes, transfer equity and extend their leases. It's what we do every day, and we understand how much it means to you.
