Our Team Is Growing: More Experience, Same Personal Approach

Oct 15, 2026 | News

We’re delighted to welcome four property professionals to Priory Law’s experienced conveyancing team: Faye Ransley, Senior Licensed Conveyancer; Jina Shikhan, Senior Solicitor; Jennifer Van Kleeff, Trainee Legal Executive; and Didi Borges Zocher, Conveyancing Assistant. Between them, they bring more than 50 years of experience in residential property.

Each of them brings real skill and a genuine care for the people they look after, and every one of them has been welcomed into a team that shares those values.

For our clients, it means more capacity and more experience behind every move. For the estate agents, mortgage brokers and financial advisers who refer to us, it means a growing team you can rely on, with the same standards you already know.

I’m so happy and proud to welcome Faye, Jina, Jennifer and Didi to Priory Law. As we grow, my priority is to enrich our offering with expertise, excellence and more of everything our clients and peers love about us!  I am clear that it’s vital that everyone who joins our team shares our values and fits the culture we thrive in.  Our new team members perfectly align with us in every way and I am delighted and excited at what this means for our clients!  From my perspective it’s a privilege to get to share our way of working with such brilliant talent and all I can say, is watch this space!

Anne-Marie Fowler, Managing Director, Priory Law

Building an experienced conveyancing team

Everyone who joins Priory Law is chosen for the same reasons: their expertise, their experience, their care for clients and the way they communicate. We set a very high bar, because our clients deserve excellence, they are trusting us with one of the biggest moves of their lives.

Growing this way also protects what our clients value most. We keep caseloads carefully managed, so every conveyancer has the time to communicate clearly, think things through and spot issues early. We are adding people first, so that as more clients choose us, that time is never squeezed.

Faye Ransley, Senior Licensed Conveyancer

Faye has worked in residential property since 2003 and qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer with the Council for Licensed Conveyancers in 2019. She brings a relaxed, friendly approach, backed by a close eye for detail and regular updates. What she enjoys most is solving the tricky bits and seeing a move through to completion.

“Joining Priory Law has felt a bit like coming home. Anne-Marie and I worked together 20 years ago for a few years, she encouraged me to become a licensed conveyancer when she was studying!  We’ve been on the same journey, she knows how I work and I love the way she looks after her team and her clients.

Jennifer and I have also worked together before coming from the same firm, and so, settling in has been a breeze. For me, it’s all about having the time to give my clients an incredible service.  The focus on client support means managed caseloads which ensures my clients get the best from me, and I can enjoy supporting them every step of the way.

Jennifer Van Kleeff, Trainee Legal Executive

Jennifer has ten years in property, starting in a family estate agency. She is a qualified paralegal, now training to become a Legal Executive, and supports our conveyancers on sales and purchases, dealing with enquiries to keep every move progressing. She has worked alongside Faye and they have a brilliant working relationship together.

Jina Shikhan, Senior Solicitor

Jina started in residential conveyancing in 2010 and qualified as a solicitor in 2016. She loves that no two transactions are ever the same and puts real value on getting to know her clients, keeping things calm and clear when moving feels stressful.

Jina has worked with our Senior Solicitor, Kayleigh Golawska, before.

What excited me about Priory Law is the team and the way they support clients.  The systems and process are set up in a way that allow me to advise, support and do the parts of my job that I love the most!  With caseloads always monitored at manageable levels coupled with excellent technology the standards are high, and maximising this combination means we get time to look after every client.  Its clear that a lot of focus has been made on ensuring the slick process and system for doing what we love in the best possible way.

I have known Kayleigh since college, and she loves it here, making the move a no-brainer for me as the trust was already there.  I knew this was a team and environment where I can thrive and get to perform at my very best.”

Didi Borges Zocher, Conveyancing Assistant

Didi is working as an assistant with Louise and the team, currently she’s focusing on the post exchange and completion work.   She spent two years as a property manager in lettings before moving into conveyancing giving her a great foundation and understanding of landlord and tenant relationships and the processes behind a move, as well as the conveyancing process. She loves connecting with people and solving problems quickly, which makes her a natural fit for the final stages, where clear communication counts most.   Didi worked with Olivia and Sadie who both couldn’t wait for her to join the team and be part of the Priory Law family!
