Once everything's unloaded, the team walks the property with the client, room by room, to check everything's where they want it. Two days later, they call to check their client is genuinely settled and to collect the boxes.

- Flag specialist items, hot tubs, chandeliers, anything unusually heavy or awkward, at the quote stage, so the right protection and equipment can be planned in advance.
- Book your removal slot once you have a completion date, rather than before, dates in conveyancing can move, and holding a van on a date that later shifts adds stress rather than saving it.
- If you can, ask for those 10 to 15 minutes alone in your new home before the unload starts. It genuinely changes how the day feels, this is what you’ve worked so hard for. Enjoy the feeling.
- Keep a list of anything you want moved or adjusted after the initial unload. The walkthrough at the end of the move, and the follow-up call, are there specifically to catch this.

First and foremost we need to conduct a survey of your property, we suggest 6 – 8 weeks before your move so you have time to budget. As soon as you have a completion date call us and we can advise if that works. Booking too early, before dates are confirmed, can cause more disruption if things shift, which they often do.

Moversaurus carries out a full walkthrough with you on the day, then calls 48 hours later to check everything is settled and to collect any boxes used.
