This October, Priory Law celebrates five incredible years. When we started out as a small team of just five, our goal was simple: to bring something different to conveyancing — transparency, care, innovation, and passion, with people at the heart of everything we do.

Five years on, we’ve grown in ways we couldn’t have imagined. At our 5th birthday celebration, our theme was “Let’s Grow.” Like a garden, businesses need strong roots, care, and the right conditions to flourish. At Priory Law, our values – transparent, innovative, caring, and passionate – form the soil from which we grow. These values aren’t just words; they guide everything we do, from how we support clients to how we nurture our team’s development.
Team Growth and Career Progression
Growth isn’t just about numbers – it’s about people. Over the past five years, our team has expanded significantly, doubling the number of conveyancers and solicitors, and building an incredible support team to match.
We are particularly proud of the career journeys within our team. Summer Ballard and Cara Turnbull are currently completing external training on their journey to become licensed conveyancers. Their dedication and hard work highlight not only their personal commitment but also our focus on providing structured development opportunities that help team members reach their professional goals.

Investing in our team is at the heart of Priory Law. We host monthly team meetings that combine updates, training, and knowledge-sharing. External speakers are regularly invited to ensure that we stay ahead of legislative changes, giving our team the tools and confidence to deliver the highest standard of service to our clients.

Supporting local colleges allows us to give back, share our knowledge, and show students that a career in law – particularly conveyancing – can be both rewarding and impactful. It’s another way we ensure growth extends beyond our office walls and into the community.
