We are delighted to welcome Olivia Honnywill to Priory Law and our team of of fabulous conveyancing assistants. Olivia graduated from the University of Bristol in 2024, having superbly undertaken post-graduate conveyancing work experience at Priory Law, she officially joined the team at the start of January as a Junior Conveyancing Assistant. Olivia has definitely ‘hit the ground running’ and is huge asset to our business – always smiling and passionate about her work.
2025 has certainly started a high speed, as you will be aware there are Stamp duty changes coming into place as of 1st April 2025, the last day of the current stamp duty rates will be Monday 31st March 2025. Our team, with the addition of Olivia, are diligently working to support all our clients.
