Workplace Culture at Priory Law

What do you immediately think about when you are asked about workplace culture? More often than not it seems to have been linked to negative connotations – with comments about a ‘toxic culture’. What if this was completely flipped on its head, and there was recognition that a positive ‘coaching culture’ could be the key to unlocking the full potential of a business.  Not just unlocking a happy fun place to work, but… unlocking the potential of all employees – allowing them to grow, to be fulfilled in their work, fulfilled in the relationships they have with their colleagues, and, ultimately to see this energy deliver outstanding outcomes for that business – a true ‘coaching culture’.

Without wanting to ‘blow our own horn’, workplace culture has been a top priority for our Managing Director Anne-Marie Fowler at Priory Law, understanding that there really is a direct correlation between an ‘coaching culture’, high performance output and ultimately the happiness of employees and clients.
