Reena Ruprai
Conveyancing Assistant
Reena is a Conveyancing Assistant and provides fantastic support to the whole team at Priory Law.
Reena started her career in the legal industry as a legal secretary and then progressed to working in conveyancing, which she enjoyed so much that she did this for 20 years! She then took time out to raise her two wonderful daughters who are now qualified and concentrating on their own prospective careers, Reena then returned to the conveyancing industry that she knows and loves!
Reena lives in Kingswood with her husband and daughters, loving relaxing holidays with her family and weekend city breaks with her husband, this is secretly an excuse to go shopping!
Julie Pattemore
Conveyancing Assistant
Julie is a conveyancing assistant and provides excellent support to the whole team at Priory Law.
Julie has a background in financial services which she started in 1985 working for a High Street Bank. From this she progressed from Bank Clerk to Bank Manager before moving into Financial Advice. Initially this was provided to Bank clients, but after this Julie’s career took her into Pensions and Investments, during this time she developed a strong knowledge of inheritance tax, probate and will writing. Her career moved once again into Mortgage and Equity Release Advice whilst running her own business for many years. Julie utilises her existing knowledge in the property world alongside her conveyancing expertise as one of our brilliant conveyancing assistants.
Outside of work, Julie has a partner, Gary and daughter Victoria and a very cute and loving Shih Tzu called Shadow. Julie also enjoys her holidays having recently visited the Pyramids in Egypt, Hurghada, Rhodes, Sharm El Sheikh, with a history of many trips to the USA in the past and many, many cruises.
Louise Smith
SENIOR Conveyancing Assistant
Louise is a highly experienced Senior Conveyancing Assistant, providing excellent support to the whole team at Priory Law.
Louise has worked in both commercial and residential sales for 20 years, given her depth of experience and superb conveyancing skills, Louise is very safe, expert, pair of hands for all our clients.
Louise is married with two children and lives in Haywards Heath with her two cats Lola and Blaze. She loves spending time with her family and taking the kids to the beach and swimming sea, when its warm! She enjoys walking, especially when there is an outstanding view, one of her favourite places to walk is by the Jack and Jill windmills in Clayton, West Sussex, where you can get a fabulous view of Brighton. She also enjoys a bit of gardening and Boxfit classes!
Anne-Marie Fowler
Managing Director
Anne-Marie is our Managing Director, she has a vision for Priory Law which breaks away from ‘traditional conveyancing’. Her focus is outstanding communication; therefore, it comes as no surprise that Priory Law offers an exceptional client centric experience. Anne-Marie has always worked in property, she fell into conveyancing when the first law firm she worked for suggested that she study to become a conveyancer. She joined Priory Law with an extensive conveyancing career in both local and corporate firms, drawing from the best of both to provide an outstanding experience bespoke to each clients’ needs. Her legal career was built on foundation of working in other property fields, such as estate agency, letting and block management, giving a well-rounded knowledge of how her peers work and the perspective from which they work. She embarked on this with two children working full time and proudly qualified in 2015 as a licensed conveyancer. Anne-Marie loves her work in property, she is highly experienced and passionate about helping her clients move without stress.
Anne-Marie can assist with residential sales, purchases, remortgages, and informal lease extensions.
Anne-Marie has two grown up children and lives in Horsham with her fiancé and her cat Oscar. She is not ashamed to say she loves a jigsaw puzzle as well as spa days, long beach walks, chess and is a Formula 1 and football fan.
Ryan Letts
DirectorHead of Legal Practice
Head of Legal Practice and Co-Founding Director, Ryan, was specifically seeking to create a new style of law firm, one with the customer at the heart. Ryan has a decade of experience in all aspects of residential conveyancing having qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in 2014, he draws on knowledge from both city and regional practice throughout Surrey, Sussex, and Kent. Ryan enjoys guiding his clients through their transaction with a combination of effective communication running alongside innovative technology.
The scope of Ryan’s expertise covers both sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, remortgages, transfers of equity and lease extensions.
Although he loves his work, we all need balance in our lives. Ryan spends lots of time with his family. Ryan is married with two young boys and lives just outside Reigate. In his spare time, he enjoys cycling, cheering on his boyhood football team Crystal Palace as well as playing football and keeping up with events across the Atlantic in the NFL.
Summer Ballard
Conveyancing Technician
Summer has been working in law since 2016 and having worked in her first law firm in a different department she was really keen to work in conveyancing.
She enjoys being a part of making peoples dreams come true when they move home! She decided she would like be a conveyancer and was encouraged to maximise her potential by studying to become a Licensed Conveyancer with the CLC which she is enjoying greatly.
She lives in Hastings and can sometimes be found working from home with her partner and two dogs. In her spare time she loves reading and swimming in the sea.
Cara Turnbull
Conveyancing Assistant
Cara is a Conveyancing Assistant, providing administrative support to our clients and all the team at Priory Law.
Cara loves problem solving, both at work and in her spare time, she is a champion at Rubix Cube, ask her how quickly she can solve a Rubix Cube, as this is her party trick! She grew up on a chicken farm so naturally she has been put off eggs for life! However, she loves F1 (McLaren is her favourite team), paddleboarding and going out for Asian food.
Amy Goodman
Conveyancing Assistant
Amy is a Conveyancing Assistant and provides valuable administrative support to all the Priory Law team and our clients.
Amy’s favourite holiday destination is Las Vegas, which she has visited many times, she loves it so much she even got married there!
Her dream is to own a dog called Dave, which she could take on her many long country walks which she enjoys with her husband. She also loves a delicious curry, whether she has cooked it herself, or at a local restaurant as a treat at the weekend.
Kayleigh Golawska
Solicitor
Kayleigh is a Solicitor who qualified with a regional law firm in 2016. She completed her law degree at Sussex University and the Legal Practice Course with the College of Law. Kayleigh has extensive knowledge in residential sales, purchases, remortgages and lease extensions. Kayleigh prides herself on ensuring all her clients feel supported and fully informed during the conveyancing process and strongly believes communication is key.
Outside of work Kayleigh enjoys spending time with her husband and two young children but would unashamedly admits that she would swap the park for a spa day, any day!
Lucy Wyatt
Solicitor
Lucy is a solicitor at Priory Law. Lucy obtained a first-class honours law degree from Swansea University, she then continued to study the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in London. She undertook her training contract with a regional firm in Sussex and subsequently qualified in May 2020 into residential Property.
She has immense expertise in all areas of residential sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, remortgages, and informal lease extensions. Lucy takes great pleasure in supporting her clients with their conveyancing requirements – customer service is at the very heart of the way she works.
Outside of work, Lucy enjoys spending time her family, especially her partner and two young children. When she can, Lucy loves going to watch Brighton play at the AMEX Stadium and hunting around car boots on a Sunday morning!
