Congratulations to Amy on her well-deserved promotion. Amy’s promotion to Head of Client Services is an exciting development for Priory Law. Amy’s dedication, focus and knowledge of our customer ‘journey’ is second to none, alongside these qualities she has an eye for detail and real empathy for all our clients, with a desire to ensure they feel ‘known’ by her team. Amy’s first project as Head of Client Services is to review (and perfect!) our Onboarding processes – this is an exciting task, our aim is to continually adapt and ensure the start of transactions are as pain free and easy as possible, as well as efficient! I am really looking forward to sharing with you the changes we are making!
