As we continue to grow, it seemed the perfect time to introduce our NEW Priory Law Values. Priory Law was launched with a clear vision to stand apart from ‘traditional conveyancing’ practises taking a bold step forward with our approach to be jargon-free (as much as possible!) and harnessing technology to ensure exceptional communication. We wanted to make sure that our values ‘sum up’ exactly what we stand for, and what we strive to achieve not only as a business, but for our clients, and importantly for all our team.
It’s easy to pluck words out of the air – but it was vital that we were true to who we are and the way we work, our team and their well-being forms a firm foundation to the success of Priory Law. We took time to speak to our team, to understand their personal ‘vision’ of Priory Law, why they love working as part of the team, and how they describe Priory Law to family and friends. We then correlated this information with Review Solicitors, looking at all the key words used by our amazing clients in our 100+ five-star reviews, blending a picture from an internal and external perspective.

Transparent: being open and honest at all times. We take authentic, transparent action in everything we do. This is a fantastic value to represent the way we work with our clients, we believe in being ‘jargon-free’, de-bunking the way the conveyancing industry works, making our explanations simple and straight to the point. Ensuring our clients clearly understand what we are doing for them, the expertise involved, and time it will take. Wouldn’t we love everything in life to be transparent so that we understand exactly where we stand at any point in time!
Innovative: featuring new methods, introducing new ideas; original and creative in thinking. Innovative thinking has been present since the conception of Priory Law, we were looking to work in a different innovative way, looking at how outstanding communication could work seamlessly alongside exceptional tech solutions. It’s clear to see an innovative approach to the way we work with our Priory Law App and the way we manage caseloads, so that our clients receive consistent attention, ensuring that their cases progress at high speed. It’s worth mentioning at this point that our innovative approach is already showing fantastic results – the industry average is 19 weeks (until competition), Priory Law average is 10 weeks!
